@the_dadchef Non-stick pans contaminate food with toxic chemicals. The only non-stick pan in my kitchen is a Staub grill pan with a baked graphite non-stick surface. And the graphite is not 100% non-stick, but the superior flavor is totally worth the extra cleaning
