AAA gaming has a serious dialogue problem. Story is irredeemably horrible but gameplay’s pretty great outside of the terrible bosses. It’s a shame the gameplay only lets itself be as good as it can be during Vietnam (which is admittedly great.) 6/10 and that’s me being generous

@vergilsgrief The combat encounters were mostly good but the last level ones kinda blew. This one encourages playing it like a cover shooter which removes all the depth from the great combat system and the other one is area defense which has the same issue

@vergilsgrief The first boss in the game and first half of the last boss being the same fight (which are both worse versions of mister freeze) is just odd to me especially when there’s only 3 bosses. “Wish they had more interactivity” is the through line of most of my criticisms
