BREAKING: Protests in Albania are escalating, with demonstrators now calling for the resignation of the entire government amid growing anger over the proposed Kushner-Ivanka Trump development project.
What began as opposition to a luxury development is rapidly turning into a broader political crisis.
⚡️ @Netflix has acquired rights to the Russian series Masha and the Bear, which incorporates pro-Kremlin, militaristic propaganda aimed at children.

Before taking any public action, I take behind-the-scenes steps toward de-escalation. At the intelligence and military levels, Belarus received a message: stop helping the Russians. The issue with the relay stations has been ongoing for a long time, and it has resulted in casualties solely on the Ukrainian side. They are technically coordinating this and helping Russian and Iranian drones strike Ukrainians with greater precision. Lukashenko received this information – and he must demonstrate de-escalation with more than just the words “I’m sorry.” He can keep his “apology” to himself. It has meant nothing since the first day of the war.
Step one is to end all technical support. A relay station constitutes direct support. Turn it off, remove it, and show us that it has been removed. Since this message was conveyed to them repeatedly, we have now reached the stage of issuing a public signal. If he does not remove it, we will remove everything ourselves. Similarly, we’re sending a message: please stop supplying fuel to the Russian army. There are no threats here. We’re simply saying that we see what’s happening. The first steps are always behind the scenes, but the next steps are different.

Meet Yuriy Yaschenko. He holds a Ukrainian passport and has a hefty criminal record there, but has lived in Russia and has fought against Ukraine since Donbas was invaded in 2014.
These days his job is to parade around Canada and yell racist slurs at locals, promising to kill them all alongside the "Banderites" he hates.
All while waving a Ukrainian passport at everyone - clearly seeking to denigrate all Ukrainians.
To his mostly Russian - and largely sympathetic - audience on TikTok (he got nearly 1 m likes under a video in which he yelled incredibly offensive racist insults at a minority shop assistant) he describes the terrible life and absence of basic rights in Canada. The country that let him abuse their emergency visa exemption for Ukrainian refugees - whom he personally vows to kill.
This is Khasman Mandyk Zhysi. Callsign "Malyi".
He was a Jewish soldier in UPA. During World War II the nazis killed his mother, brother, and sister. He was sent to a ghetto. Instead of giving up in 1943 at the age of 14 he joined UPA.
He fought against the nazis in 1943-1944 to avenge his family. He attacked German strongholds, conducted ambushes, and destroyed German communications.
In 1944 he defended Ukrainian civilians in Khlom from murder by the AK.
In 1945 he 1945 along with several other UPA partisans in Zavydiv and Samovol, valiantly defeated the NKVD.
He was captured by the soviets. Tortured. But survived.
He died August 24, 2013. His last words ""You will gain the Ukrainian state or die in the struggle for it"
This is why Ukrainians support UPA. Because UPA fought and defended Ukrainian freedom from its oppressors.
Stop pretending that UPA only existed in 1943. UPA fought from 1942-1960. Their history has not been properly told.
BUSTED: Andrew Tate and his brother Andrew, self-proclaimed macho men and 'alfalfa males', underwent military training during a recent trip to Russia. Today, they were indicted by Romanian prosecutors for charges of rape, human trafficking and organizing a criminal group.
@zdkmaciek@fenolski@Kyrylo_Budanov Ok. Imagine we were outraged because you named a city or a street to commemorate Army Krajova or Pilsudski. It doesn't matter what do you think of them. But we are outraged cause we think they are baddies.
Can you imagine we are starting a diplomatic conflict because of it?
@zdkmaciek@fenolski@Kyrylo_Budanov Life and history is not black and white. Those people were fighting for their nation surrounded by enemies from both sides (their and our POV). You like them for killing russians and hate them for killing Poles. Russians like them for killing Poles and hate for resisting Soviets.
@zdkmaciek@fenolski@Kyrylo_Budanov Do you think Volynian massacre came from nowhere just with the wind blowing?
Probably people wanted to kill Poles because of a particular reason.
Actively replacing Ukrainians with Poles, pressing their culture, their rights could have consequences. Don't you think so?
Did you notice how Russians didn't run to the shelter?
They are just standing by the windows filming a video.
Nobody is destroying their homes while they sleep, nobody is destroying millennia-old temples, museums, theaters, and schools…
