AI is INSANE ! I made a full anime episode on my own in 75 hours.
I start with character sheets so the character never drifts. Then I write the script to industry standard. The storyboard comes next and locks where each character stands and where the camera goes. By the time I get to production, everything is already wired.
Comment SCRIPT and I'll send you the full document and the tool I used.

Our MCP server for ScreenWeaver went from 11 tools to 22 this week.
Claude can now start a project, read scanned pages, rewrite a scene and delete shots (after you confirm a preview).
It still can't press Generate. That part stays with you, in the app.
@quietwolfzz Hey ๐บ how many shots does a 10 minute episode like this end up being, and do you storyboard the whole lever before generating anything? Holding the pig's face and suit steady that long is a lot of work.
@Talishacreator Hello Maharani, were the character locks one reference sheet shared by Grok and Seedance, or one per model? Three seams and I still can't spot a single one.
@stoic_aswang Hi Erwin, did the 5 to 6 second cap hold for the walking shots too, or did those still start drifting? The corridor never jumps at the cuts, and that's the part I keep rewatching.
Every shot in the first minute of Lost Garden episode 2 has the same line in its negative prompt:
centered character, centered subject, dead-center symmetrical composition, character in the middle of the frame.
Yes, I said it four times. Video models really love the middle.
Hey Pranamya ๐ How long is the movie you're planning? One way to stretch a month of credits: break the script into shots first, make every shot as a still image, and only animate the stills you know you'll keep. Images cost far less than video clips. Respect for taking on a full movie solo.
@froessell Hi Frederik ๐ In the written storyboard, did each shot get its own line with framing and duration, or did you describe the action loosely and let Seedance pick the cuts? Starting from your own concept art was smart, the robots read as real game characters and not random AI bots.
@jerrod_lew Hey Jerrod ๐ Did Kling follow the panels of that grid in order on its own, or did you still spell out each camera move in the prompt? The snowy forest holding steady while the camera circles her is the part I'd have bet against.
@novaaifilms Hello ๐ how many Octo generations did it take to keep his face the same from the dark village to the fire? The red flare lighting up the square right before everything burns is a lovely bit of staging.
@chinesetimeinmy@higgsfield Hey you ๐ how long did it take to land that PS2 cutscene look? "nobody understands derek" straight into "don't cry bro" got me, that stiff hug is perfect.
@Wundachild3 Hey EJ, does the hologram warlord get his own fight in the extended cut? Enter the Dragon to Enter the Hunter made me smile. And the wolf team folding that fast makes the boss scarier.
@_ifgor@dreamina_ai@PJaccetturo Hi there ๐ which effects do you swap out most, the hits and footsteps or the background ambience? Keeping Dreamina's audio as the base and only patching what sticks out sounds like the sane way to do it.
@MartinZ8764@Pollo_AI@itsPolloAI Hey Martin, was the Kling glitch the digits changing mid-shot or the font going weird? Rewriting the prompt instead of rerolling is the cheap fix, good instinct.
@NeonGiallo@milakleinx@dreamina_ai Hi again ๐ did the Demons 2 hallway ever pull the colours back toward the original? One sweater image for most shots clearly worked, Mila looks like the same girl the whole way.
@stoic_aswang Hey Erwin ๐ did you build the end frame from the start frame, or make both separately and let Seedance fill the gap? Going first/last frame instead of Omni was a smart call for that corridor, the framing stays put from one clip to the next.

My script for Lost Garden episode 2 says the blacksmith is old, hunched and thin, hammering an empty anvil in a cold forge.
On screen he became a stone giant with a beard made of embers.
Somewhere between the page and the render, "thin" got lost.
@100xMart@dreamina_ai Hey ๐ป did you write the DO NOT OPEN THE GATE beat first and build the shots around it, or did the story show up while you were generating? That lantern left in the mud by the gate got me before he even walks in.
