A lot of people from shonen fandom has been drawn to it just for the fights. Precure doesn't have thought-excessive arguments, but the reason it is not sailor moon is for its fights

@PixieShmixie Yeah, I'm pretty sure children heads go that hard when they're watching a simplistic show. And they could think the same with Pokemon given that most of them they're based in real life animals. Just like the ones who appear in Pretty Cure

@PixieShmixie Actually, I would argue pokemon is worse. Because in precure at least they face those monsters, because they are trying to hurt people. While in pokemon, the main character hunts animals and made them fight just for entertainment

@PixieShmixie And the animals displayed in Pretty Cure are real animals? I've never seen an animal like that. And Ash, the main character, the role model, made his pokemons fight with other pokemons; and that's the everyday of pokemon.
