@ArkHorton Yes, and I need it or I will dissolve into a chaotic puddle of rage. I started a thing I hope will help. A journal that starts with a guided meditation, followed by organized notes to help me make change. Logical fallacies, deescalation, rebuttals for discussions, etc.
