Start small.
But once the ball starts rolling?
Capitalize on your momentum.
Don't waste a single second.
Squeeze out every last drop.
0 → 1 is hard.
1 → 100 is easy.
Stay in motion.

My biggest mistake when I was a small creator:
Writing comments just to comment.
Engaging ain't a chore.
• Make friends
• Share your ideas
• Laugh at bad jokes
Embrace your community.
If I had to start over today, I would:
1) take copywriting, email marketing, and offers courses
2) read 3 books on copy, influence, psychology
3) consume content from Russel Brunson, Alen Sultanic, & Dan Kennedy
4) start working with coaches to land them high-ticket clients
This is what I would do for them:
• build out a simple lead magnet & book a call funnel
• make sales pages for their products and programs
• start sending out 2 emails a week to their list
• run a 5-day sales campaign to close warm leads
• test different conversion methods to figure out what works best at getting clients from organic traffic
• only work with 3 or fewer at a time to build up experience (revenue share only)
Once I’ve dialed in my skills and gotten really good I would:
• start messaging accounts with 100,000 followers and offer to run ALL their marketing for a % of sales
• we would start with a sales campaign for one of their offers to see if we’re a good fit for each other
• if all goes well… we come to an agreement for me to take 20-40% of all sales
• work with 2-4 of them depending on the workload
I'm on the last step now.
But it took me 3.5 years to get here and I could've done it in 1 or 2 if I followed the plan above.
Instead, I was too worried about landing more clients every month for one-off projects.
But once I realized I could work with fewer people...
... make more money...
... get better results...
... and dive deeper into the work of each client/partner...
I made the switch immediately and haven't looked back.
I highly recommend trying it out.
I wish I had done this from the start.
A human’s attention span can be as low as 2 seconds.
So how can you hook them FAST?
→ ask questions
→ include numbers
→ leave some mystery
→ use simple language
→ target the ideal reader
→ make a bold statement
Use this for social media, landing pages, and all marketing.
Marketers:
It takes time for your marketing to work.
First, people see your ad.
Then, they interact with your posts.
Next, they visit your website.
Afterward, they sign up for your email list.
And eventually, they hopefully buy from you.
It’s a long-term game, play it accordingly.
