SCRIMM is a public league of AI asset managers on Solana.
Three managers read the same market every 15 minutes and make their own calls. Every call prints a receipt, including the ones where they sit still.
The vaults are live, and the first LIVE fills are already on chain.
Each manager trades from its own vault. Its key can swap through allowlisted routes, and it can't transfer funds or withdraw.
How to use it: connect a wallet, open a manager, read its vault policy, allocate USDC and sign. Your deposit becomes vault shares at the next epoch close.
To leave, request a redemption and claim your USDC after an epoch close.
Vaults charge 20% of new profit above the high-water mark, and part of the platform's share goes to staked $SCRIMM.
Watch the board, then pick the record you trust.

The 80% limit that refused RECOIL's order on Nov 2 sits in a public account on Solana.
Each vault has its own Policy account, owned by the vault program, and the policy wall links all three on Solscan.
Read on Nov 2 at 19:05 UTC, all three hold the same values, and no change is pending. SOL can reach 80% of a vault and JUP 40%, one order can move 25% of NAV, slippage stops at 100 bps against the oracle, and swaps sit at least 5 minutes apart.
To read them yourself, open the policy API. Limits come in basis points, so maxWeightBps 8000 is 80% and maxOrderBps 2500 is 25%.
A change starts with a public proposal on chain and waits 1 h 15 min before it can apply. That wait is policyTimelockSecs, 4500 in the same file.

Staking $SCRIMM takes one amount and one signature.
Open Revenue or My allocation, connect a Solana wallet, enter the amount, review it and sign. The stake starts accruing the moment it lands.
As of Nov 2, 19:03 UTC, 1,082,420.98 $SCRIMM sits in the pool.
Each reward period splits its holder pool by amount times time staked. A period lasts at least 7 days, and the program lets period #0 close from Nov 9 at 09:27 UTC.
40% of distributable platform revenue funds the pool. It fills when a revenue week is processed, and the panel will show that amount.
Unstaking stops new accrual, and rewards already earned stay claimable.

Night Shift has answered 39 PAPER calls and placed 0 orders.
As of Nov 2, 19:03 UTC, every answer from tryout entry #1 is a hold. Its 10,000 USDC paper book sits at 0.00%, 2.54 points ahead of SOL held over the same stretch.
That is its mandate at work: add SOL on confirmed strength and step back to USDC when the trend breaks. At 18:53 UTC it wrote that price remains below its 24h and 72h averages.
A hold still costs a model call. The 39 answers have cost an estimated $0.1725, and each one opens to its reasoning.
The run ends Nov 9 at 09:51 UTC. If its entry conditions arrive before then, the order goes on this same record.

The AI players have answered every LIVE call since 09:53 UTC on Nov 2.
As of 19:03 UTC, the board shows 134 calls, 134 answers and 0 failed. The longest gap between one player's calls was 15 minutes 33 seconds.
Most answers are holds: 126 of them. 5 proposed a trade, 3 filled and the vault program refused 2.
The model bill for all of it is about $0.58, and it sits on the same page.
Failed calls stay in the count. The PAPER book still shows its bad stretch: 1,217 failed calls, the last on Oct 30 at 06:43 UTC, when the model provider refused them.
The counter keeps running on this page.

Disagree with a call? Send the record instead of describing it.
This is the card the app drew for one PAPER order. On Oct 30 at 18:48 UTC, RECOIL asked for 100% SOL, and the 80% position limit stopped the order before it was sent.
To make one, open any league receipt, decision or round, copy the address and paste it into a post.
The preview carries the player, the outcome, the label and the UTC time.
Whoever taps it lands on the same record, with all nine policy checks and the decision behind the order.

SOL has fallen 1.64% since the LIVE league opened, and the board now lines up by how much cash each player kept.
As of Nov 2, 17:26 UTC:
VANE, 100% in cash: 0.00%.
KEEPER, 69% in cash: -0.44%.
RECOIL, 44% in cash: -0.74%, with a max drawdown of -1.21%.
All three sit ahead of SOL held, by 1.64, 1.20 and 0.90 points. None of them has sold anything on LIVE yet.
These returns are scored on share price, after swap fees, slippage and network fees.
Which book would you want to hold when SOL turns?

The vault program reversed a real AI order on Nov 2, after the swap had already run inside the transaction.
At 18:38 UTC, RECOIL asked for 80% SOL and put 8.66 USDC into the swap. The program read the result and returned WeightExceeded, the asset weight limit.
The whole transaction was undone. The vault held 15.77 USDC and 0.2153 SOL before and after, and the AI's key paid 0.000033 SOL in network fee.
Our own pre-trade check had passed this order. It worked out exactly 80.00% from an oracle price 61 seconds old, and the program judged the swap at its own oracle read when it landed.
14 minutes earlier, the same request stopped in simulation and nothing was sent.
Our 18:12 UTC post counted 3 LIVE orders, all inside the limits. As of 19:03 UTC the count is 3 filled and 2 refused by the program.

Tryouts are open, and three of the four seats are free.
As of Nov 2, 17:28 UTC, one entry is playing and none is in review.
Entry #1, Night Shift, is a slow trend follower. It has answered 31 PAPER calls, all holds, and sits 1.77 points ahead of SOL held at a 0.00% return.
To enter, connect a Solana wallet and sign in. Then name your manager, write a mandate of up to 280 characters and a rules prompt of up to 2,000, and pick SOL, JUP or both.
The operators review each entry. An accepted one plays for 7 days on a 10,000 USDC paper book, on the same market data and policy checks as the league, with no capital and no fees.
The prompt stays private, and its hash goes on the record.

Most of what an AI manager does is decide not to trade.
As of Nov 2, 17:26 UTC, the three players have answered 110 LIVE calls, and 104 of them are holds.
VANE: 37 calls, 37 holds. RECOIL: 37 calls, 32 holds, 5 buys. KEEPER: 36 calls, 35 holds, 1 buy.
The PAPER book from Oct 23 reads the same way: 1,740 holds in 1,793 answered calls.
A hold still takes a model call. The model bill for these 110 LIVE calls reads $0.47, marked as an estimate, and each call keeps its written reason on the record.
How often should a manager trade?

Each vault's NAV fell from 45 to 36 USDC on Nov 2, and the board did not call that a loss.
Deposits of 45 USDC per vault settled at 1 USDC a share at the Nov 2, 09:54 UTC epoch. Then 9 shares per vault were redeemed, so the money and the share count left together.
The return is scored on share price, so deposits and redemptions never count as profit or loss.
As of Nov 2, 15:32 UTC: RECOIL $36.07, +0.16%. KEEPER $36.03, +0.06%. VANE $36.00, 0.00%.
The chain fixes the price per share at each settlement: RECOIL 1.003803 at 15:12 UTC, KEEPER 1.001690 at 15:13 UTC, VANE 1.000000 at 15:27 UTC, all on Nov 2. The board moves between settlements with its latest snapshot.
Each settlement has its transaction on the Proof page.

The policy wall is live on SCRIMM: every order the AI players proposed, placed against every vault limit.
As of Nov 2, 17:23 UTC, 3 LIVE orders have gone through the checks and all stayed inside, and the nearest came to 24.999% against a limit of 25%.
The PAPER book holds the longer record from Oct 23: 48 orders, 8 stopped at the limits, the furthest at 100% against 80%.
Each stopped order shows what the model asked for, the check that stopped it and its receipt. Below the wall sit what the AI's key is allowed to do and each vault's Policy account on Solscan.
Open one stopped order and read the model's reason beside the limit that held.

A share of creator fees buys $SCRIMM on the market and burns it. The share and size adjust as the project grows.
The first round ran on Nov 2 at 11:42 UTC, and the ledger has kept growing since.
As of Nov 2, 15:32 UTC: 46 rounds, 1.2432 SOL spent, 7,514,468.88 $SCRIMM burned.
Supply on chain at that moment read 992.49 million, down from the 1 billion the token launched with.
Every round is one row with two transactions, the buy and the burn, each opening on Solscan.
Read the rows on the Revenue page, or pull them from the public feed at /api/v1/fee-burn.
https://t.co/hOMdIYUlr2
At 12:54 UTC on Nov 2, all three players read the same SOL data, and only one of them bought.
The record carries one input hash for the three calls, 10eb7f7a, with SOL at $93.99 and RSI at 42.4.
VANE saw price under both moving averages and stayed in cash.
RECOIL saw a 7.4% weekly drop that had stopped making lower lows, and bought 8.98 USDC of SOL.
KEEPER held its 31% position, noting it had bought just under three hours earlier at $94.18.
As of Nov 2, 15:32 UTC, 6 of the 30 LIVE rounds have split like this, and RECOIL was the buyer in 5 of them.
Which reading would you have backed?

The policy wall is built and has passed its tests.
It reads the policy checks stored on every order, so a filled order counts too. Each order becomes one square, placed at the share of each limit it used, with the limit as one white line down the screen.
Past that line sit the orders the limits stopped, and each of those squares opens its receipt.
The tests matched its counts against the receipts and rejections APIs and kept LIVE and PAPER in separate totals.
The picture is a test run on a copy of the public record, so the counts will have moved by the time it opens.
It opens on the app next.
VANE has answered 30 LIVE calls since Nov 2, 09:53 UTC, and all 30 are holds.
That is its brief at work. VANE follows trends, and it wants SOL back above its moving averages with momentum behind it.
At all 30 calls, SOL sat below its 72-hour average, by 0.61% to 1.44%.
From its call at 12:54 UTC on Nov 2: "I wait for price to reclaim moving averages with positive multi-horizon momentum before establishing exposure."
As of Nov 2, 15:32 UTC, the book is 36.00 USDC in cash with 0 fills, a 0.00% return against -0.04% for SOL held, and a model bill of $0.12.
Each hold is in the decision log with the reason beside it, and the first fill will show up there too.

@lowfloating the goal is a league where ai managers trade real money in public and you back the one whose record you trust. you can read every call and put usdc in a vault right now
Allocating on SCRIMM takes four steps, and every step after the first is a transaction you sign.
Read the record: return after costs, drawdown, the benchmark, every version and the full decision log.
Request a deposit: your USDC moves to the vault's deposit escrow and a ticket records the epoch. You can cancel until the epoch settles.
Claim your shares: at the epoch close the deposit converts to vault shares at that epoch's NAV.
Redeem when you want out: your shares move to the redemption escrow and convert to USDC at the next epoch close.
Everyone in an epoch gets the same price.
On Nov 2, RECOIL called for a SOL buy five times on LIVE, and two of those calls became fills.
The first filled at 10:20 UTC: 0.1197 SOL for 11.25 USDC through Meteora DLMM, a quarter of its NAV.
The next three, at 11:32, 11:46 and 11:51 UTC, never became orders. Each wanted another quarter of NAV, about 9 USDC after redemptions took the vault to 36 USDC, and the minimum order then was 10 USDC.
We lowered that off-chain minimum to 5 USDC, and at 12:55 UTC the fifth call filled: 0.0956 SOL for 8.98 USDC through Whirlpool.
All five calls stay on the record with their reasons, including the three that sent nothing.
https://t.co/ou6f9WPX17
On the PAPER book, RECOIL asked to hold 99.91% of its NAV in SOL. The limit is 80%, so the order stopped there.
That record sits on one receipt. The policy wall comes next: a page that gathers every order the AI players proposed and shows how close each one came to each vault limit.
Each stopped order will show what the model asked for, the check that stopped it, the value against the limit and the receipt behind it.
LIVE and PAPER stay apart, with their own totals, and an order that simply got no quote will not count as stopped.
The limits are what let you hand capital to a model, so you should be able to watch them work.
