@PISSDRlNKER Yes. My dad passed away in 2018 and I've had similar dreams on and off for years. I usually remember in the dream now "he's dead", and either wake up or derails until something else.
@_noh_noh@thereisnobeth Elon musk wanted to make a "hyperloop". As an alternative to HSR. He's also lied about numerous features on both Tesla and cyber truck. He also continues to lie about the SpaceX IPO, going so far as to get the rules changed so people have to buy it.
@_devalopr@thereisnobeth Both the emissivity and bozman constant are < 1, the bozman constant is actually 10^-8. Radiative heating either takes a while, a lot of area, or can't do much. Which is why the ISS has radiators bigger than its solar array.
@Cr00kedCat@doorcket You know this is actually good tech. I was ignoring graves lanes as I play a lot of chars that can get shit on by her, but I'll give this a shot next time I play. Thank you!!
@doorcket Once the spawner is down you can't really do anything! Both enemies will just sit on there and try to parry. If you do get it and they wiff parry, 4 zombies spawn and half your health is gone.
@doorcket She still has the highest win rate even after she got nerfed idk man maybe a character that has a "win lane" button is gonna be broken when winning lane is great!
@strangearizonan@dessriel Every dark world shows an aspect of someone growing up in a troubled environment, scared of the power their parents have, with gerson giving them young adult advice. The relationship siblings have is special.
@strangearizonan@dessriel Yet the one that Noelle is present for is almost screaming at you that someone with a deep understanding of noelle made it. Much deeper than a parent can get.
@strangearizonan@dessriel Its tragic because dess is trying to do everything she can to do the things she always wanted. Give noelle what she wanted, but she's hurting everyone in the process, bringing about the end of the world.
@IndianaModerate@saiyytama Economic reality is why nobody is having children, why the average homeowner is 60, why the birth rate is next to 0. Economics as a science is anachronistic as pretty much every company breaks some general tenant of it.
@IndianaModerate@saiyytama Unless you literally kill every upper manager there's never going to be a "free market". Those with more will eventually try and crush those with less, capitalism isn't about good outcomes it's just profit.
@IndianaModerate@saiyytama Inherently every market consolidates into monopolies as that's the most profitable solution. Amazon, Google, etc all have monopolies over specific technologies, so they aren't able to participate in the "free market."
@strangearizonan@dessriel It's second rate if it isn't dess. It's dramatic irony that they both get what they want, but they can't interact. Anyone else is goofy.
@strangearizonan@dessriel How does it not make more sense? Noelle gets to live some of her hopes and dreams with dess unknowingly, and Dess gets to give Noelle a fun time while also not being able to show herself. It makes sense from a narrative standpoint!!
@strangearizonan@dessriel You're making Dess a middleman here, why not just cut Rudy out of this?
For what purpose would Kris have to work with the knight if it isn't dess?
@strangearizonan@dessriel Kris obviously hung out a ton with Asriel, and dess. My current understanding is that each dark world is the amalgamation of all of their play.
@strangearizonan@dessriel Gerson talks about how he's done this before in chapter 4, mentoring the young. Gerson is the wisend old man who's trying to usher in the next generation.
Presumably gerson wasn't much older than Rudy so why would he be reanimated as someone who gives coming of age advice.
