And one reason it is soooo good is it twists so many rules brilliantly!

Perhaps expecting such an introspective role from Cruise was a lot to ask

This was a role many anticipated would win Tom Cruise his first competitive Oscar

Yet rather than being a very introspective role, it was the opposite

Relying on makeup and hiding behind an over the top persona

Trying to be “brave” and “daring” but instead it came across safe

When I first heard about #Digger being Tom Cruise going back to a non-action role, I was anticipating it due to the character being someone trying to save the world due to his own destruction

As I thought it’d play on Cruise’s persona and be a very introspective role

Such a silly film

A film that’s more interesting to hear what people think and interpret because the message is so obvious that you can only add to it

It does hold your attention, but it’s better not to take it seriously even though it wants you to

Way more serious and way more tense

Series 1 was much more relaxed

Not saying it’s a bad thing, but series 2 seem more similar to the civilian shows

But I’m not mad at it as everyone else is

It does seem that they are trying to improve Sakura’s character

Although her having a relatively normal life I think is an important contrast

Naruto could potentially be very different

• It's very faithful to the source material but It's not 100% accurate
• Sakura is a much stronger character and already has her powers
• Naruto is also a bit of a ninja history nerd
• He's NOT in love with Sakura, but Sasuke is
• Sakura comes from a wealthy family. Her father died during Kurama's attack, and her mother is a rich snob
• Jinchuriki is something determined by bloodline. only certain people can have a beast sealed inside them.
