“Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so” (Acts 17:11).
If we Africans had this nobility, prosperity teachers would have run out of business long ago!
Doubting and unbelief are to be abhorred, and to be confessed with tears as sins before God. We need pardon for doubting as much as for blasphemy. We ought no more to excuse doubting than lying, for doubting slanders God and makes him a liar.
Dear Christian, some self-reflective questions;
1. Are you enjoying the many gifts God has given you?
2. Do you often express thanks to the people around you?
3. Are your relationships at home, church, & work full of friction & conflict?
4. Do you regularly give to others?
This is sad on so many levels, I'll be praying for this man! He thinks he is Christ. He is deceived and deceiving people. May God in His power contain these charlatans who are misleading people
