This individual is said to have told his behind-the-scenes associates that he was in a relationship with me, unbeknownst to me. I am a mother with a form of MS who lives in another state and whom he has never met or seen. This patterned behaviour is consistent with pseudologia fantastica, aka mythomania.

When he learned of my autoimmune neurological disease from a medical certificate submitted to court, he made a post mocking it. Charming!

The quasi-victim role he adopts is sometimes described by criminologists as “poor-me syndrome,” accompanied by misdirection – “look there, not here”, and Reverse Victim and Offender (DARVO) tactics. The latter is allegedly not his first such episode; another post details the extent of harassment, stalking, and a smear campaign against a victim and her business in the United States. A further campaign was directed at a professional dog trainer and her business. According to her posts, he appropriated her business name so she could not use it and created an impersonation account of her. She operates a successful dog-training business with many positive client testimonials; he appears to have had none.

You name it, this bloke has employed a wide range of tactics.

It has been brought to my attention that the individual mentioned herein was arraigned on 21 September 2026, according to public court records. Just prior to his arraignment, a hearing for CMIA (Consent Mental Impairment) was listed on 15 September 2026. It is unknown whether that application was accepted by another judge who also specialised in sexual offences.

The serious criminal matter against this individual commenced in the courts on 16 February 2024, just two months after his four-month court-ordered bail program, which ran from 7 September to 15 December 2023, according to public court records. It was during this period that he is said to have inveigled and ingratiated himself into women’s spaces.

The matter proceeded through two magistrates’ courts. The higher of the two heard the committal on 28 April 2025. It then progressed on 4 August 2025 to the principal trial court, where serious criminal offences are heard. It is being prosecuted by the Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP), which is responsible for prosecuting serious, indictable criminal offences. The matter allegedly involved SOCIT investigations.

This man is not a victim of anything. In fact, he is an adjudicated recidivist according to public court records, which also indicate multiple finalised Intervention Violence Orders against him. Those orders were sought by victims, including their parents. Further accounts appear in numerous posts by victims across social media platforms; they are not difficult to find.

He does not want women to know about his long history of offences against women and girls, extending into the present. Yet he chose to target me while he was progressing through the courts on a very serious criminal offence brought by another victim.

Hi. I just heard that commentary Hitchslap gave about his friend Preston Henshaw. Unfortunately it is all lies. The real Preston is actually currently offline not due to the woman mentioned. He has shut down his account and sock accounts because he is actually being prosecuted in court. In the County Court of Victoria (higher than the Magistrate Court). He is being prosecuted by the Vic Police branch SOCIT which I have added a description of in the pics.

Preston is actually a repeat offender who has been taken to court repeatedly for stalking women, and also their family/work mates, if they dare to block him. This is what happened with the woman Hitchslap mentioned also. Preston filed a false report, and when it went to a pre-hearing her lawyer had dug up his background which caused him to panic and drop the case.

His latest attempt to stall the court was an attempt to claim he was 'mentally unfit to stand trial', which was dropped as well. And he will be facing the Judge next February for sentencing in this criminal case involving the SOCIT prosecuters.

So I am sorry but your friend Hitchslap has either believed Preston's lies, or knows the truth and still supports him. You can do a simple search online for more info from other people he has stalked and harrassed if you want to validate the info.

Person Henshaw has recently shut down his main and associated X accounts. Hitchslap claims it's because of the woman he railed against using Preston's lies, but it's much more likely to be because of the court case against him.

His social media shutdown coincides with the ongoing County Court of Victoria proceedings involving Victoria Police SOCIT against him, characterising him as a repeat offender for stalking women (and their family/workmates if blocked by the woman), and referenced prior matters that were dropped.

He attempted a “mentally unfit to stand trial” claim but was unsuccessful.

An upcoming sentencing is noted in the matter.

The claims reference earlier co-worker/IVO allegations and extend them.

A related Magistrates’ Court listing (case P11543146) from mid-2025 showed a committal-stage hearing for Preston Henshaw prosecuted by Victoria Police, consistent with a serious matter progressing.

It's a brave(?) man who takes up arms against a woman on behalf of a man up on serious charges before the court.

Watch out Hitchslap - I advise you to cut ties with that man, apologise, and retract your claims.
