@MBTA_CR@MBTA_CR am I expected to pay the fare for this train that is now making me late to my event? If I had actual notice that this train was delayed I could have made it to my event on time. By the time I get to Uphams Corner I am further away from the redline and out of options.
Shitty communication from @MBTA_CR commuter rail again. Checked before leaving my apartment, no delays posted ANYWHERE. Walk to station to get to my 7:17 train. Arrived at 7:16 and saw on the digital display “12 minute delay”.
@MBTA_CR it is not 4 minutes past the listed arrival time and still no mention of a delay anywhere on MTicket or Twitter or Instagram. Where should your customers be looking to see these delays ahead of time?
I’m 2 stops from the end of the train. There is PLENTY of time to have known the train was going to be delayed at later stops.
@MBTA_CR fairmont train to south station finally showed up. 14 minutes late.
@MBTA_CR back again with another weekly lack of communication from MBTA. Train is 11 minutes late, no delay mentioned on twitter, on the mTicket app, on the screens at the station.
Hello? Where is the information.
@MBTA@MBTA waiting 14 minutes for a shuttle that was known to be waiting for 14 minutes is fucking crazy. Train your workers better and have better communication for those of us who pay for your services.
@MBTA why the fuck am I getting forced off a redline train and ushered into a bus at broadway, just to wait 10 fucking minutes for the next redline train to show up before the bus leaves?
Why is it not a 1:1 ratio for our inconvenience?
@MBTA Finally leaving. Worker walked up and gave us the “all sets to leave.
@MBTA IF THEY KNEW they were waiting 10+ minutes why. The. Fuck. Did. No. One. Say. Anything. To. Anyone????
@MBTA_CR Where were the updates on the MTicket app? First 10 minutes of delay, no info at all. How do you expect us to buy tickets and pay full price for trains when we have to wait for trains on no information on your official apps? Absolutely ridiculous for people who need to transfer
@MBTA_CR ONLY AFTER outbound passed the station (30 minutes late) did we get a message saying 6644 was delayed and STILL 9 minutes behind schedule. I have to catch a train at south station at 1, which only leaves every two hours. I would have taken the red line if I had better information
@MBTA_CR Would be great if this info was posted at the station itself. We were getting info on outbound train being delayed and no info about 6644. So why would we assume to check here for this?
@MBTA Yes the info is at different places online but why should I need to look up the mbta when I don’t even know something is wrong?
Am I expected to check mbta website every 5 minutes when commuting??
Hold your staff accountable for not informing your patrons of what is going on.
@MBTA Obviously this isn’t a daily occurrence but that doesn’t mean people should be left in the dark about what’s happening when they are trying to use YOUR service.
