@Nagato890 I love the conversation this episode is sparking firstly, bleach is peak! But, if you watch the transformation, Yhwach doesn’t steal the power from ichigo. Ichigo channels all of the energy directly into his blade, rather than wearing the power, the chain returns to his blade.
@Karia13_ Hopefully this helps, but my theory is that ichigo summons the night when he activates bankai (hence the moon appearing again). This causes Yhwach and Haschwalth’s powers to shift. To prevent that shift, Yhwach revokes haschwalth’s powers to continue to use the almighty.
@shadow19325@aowaoe Correct. Don’t get me wrong, it happens really quick in the anime. But, there’s a reason they highlighted Haschwalth stating “it’s morning” in the ep. Uryu inadvertently broke that restriction by stripping Haschwalth of Yhwach’s powers last ep.
@YapperPong@NoGOATin@mario_mazzer I definitely feel that. I’d love to know more about how the process works. However, it makes sense that ichigo knows the ritual. He’s seen the soul king’s memories, and knows how it was performed back then. That’s what Irazu Sandō depicted.
@VjDontMiss I have to disagree there slightly. In the previous ep, Yhwach visibly sees the moon appear when ichigo activates bankai. He even says “the moon” as it materializes. Also, when ichigo activates bankai in this scene, the color of the room changes to crimson again. Until it breaks.
@VjDontMiss The way I interpreted the scene was that Haschwalt and Yhwach shift powers at night. Ichigo’s bankai summons the moon/night. In order to prevent the almighty from shifting again, Yhwach claims Haschwalt’s life to prevent the shift from occurring. That’s just my theory though.
@YapperPong@NoGOATin@mario_mazzer They mentioned it in episode 3 of this season. When Yhwach spoke to ichigo of Ichibe’s true intentions. We were watching the reality in which Yhwach was defeated, and the three worlds needed to be saved by ichigo temporarily.
@MrSantiZap I feel that we’re building for Je’von vs Dom/Penta for the IC title at mania. Je’von has basically only wrestled luchadores since he got into the main roster. Now he’s pinned the champ, and he should be No.1 contender for the IC title after Penta v Dom.
@KiwiFizz56@BLEACH_FAN001 1) The reason it’s the Big 3 is because Dragonball is in its own category. It inspired the others and is much more popular.
2) Who are you considering the B lister here? If you’re talking about Bleach, it’s okay to say “I can’t understand a series unless it’s spoon-fed to me” 🫡
@MrSantiZap I was at night 1 of summerslam, and all I see is comments saying how the “crowd was mid”. The difference between the production and the sound in stadium is apples to oranges. Crowd was electric to the point, Wade Barret called attention to it. US crowds never get credit!
@nayem_saki If they want to say “without any words” shouldn’t qualify for “song of the year” I completely disagree, but sure. However, both of Bleach’s OP and ED not being considered for best “opening” and “ending” sequences respectively is ludicrous. Both are visual spectacles.
@Sdf_bangtan@Okeanix1 @tayvzzx2 Don’t even bother trying to explain logic to this goober lmao. They already believe their own pre-conceived notions when the truth is clearly laid out in front of them. Real Bleach fans know and appreciate the anime thus far. BLEACH IS SO BACK! RIP Ukitake👏🏾
@Orisontii@Micha09400247@Bleach_Rebirth Last time Shunsui stopped paying attention he lost an eye. So I’m glad the Sternritter look like a devastating fighting force. Just like they’ll show next week when they pounce on the injured Zaraki
@Orisontii@Micha09400247@Bleach_Rebirth I understand where you’re coming from expecting reactions to the meteor. But, the TYBW adaptation is making it very clear that this is a war, and everyone is busy fighting that war(besides Askin lol). These fights make the war feel busy and the Sternritter feel more focus IMO.
