Anybody mad at Brendan Sorsby and/or Texas Tech is placing their anger in the wrong place. You can believe the wrong decision was made while realizing it's not their fault Sorsby will be on the field to face Houston. Every team in college football would do the exact same thing
Michigan sign stealing scandal
Schools cheating in recruiting paying players under the table for decades
Schools knowingly playing rapist and murders
But no CFB has a meltdown at a dude on the bench betting 20 bucks that his team is going to win getting a reduced suspension
Why is everyone hating on Texas Tech Football now??? Because they figured it out in this new era of CFB??
No one was saying anything about what was going on in the SEC pre NIL. And we all know certain programs were throwing bags around & winning chips pre nil. It's alot of hate & some scared as hell mixed in for some😂😂. I love this scared money don't make money era of CFB.
Every single person that is tweeting “Texas Tech has ruined college sports” is going to watch all the college football games this fall, including Sorsby’s debut.
They don’t actually believe TTU has ruined anything, they are just upset a national title contender got better today.
Cody is 100% right here. This really isn't a Texas Tech issue, per se. School A is fighting for Player B, as it absolutely should. This is a system broken beyond repair.
Just to clarify,
The judge who ruled for Sorsby was NOT a local Judge. The local judge recused himself. This judge was brought in without any direct ties to Tech. Please send all hate towards the University of Houston School of Law.

Today isn’t the slippery slope. Today is the down mountain result from the media campaigning for and celebrating the courts neutering the NCAA eligibility rules. When everyone was celebrating Pavia & then Chamblis getting injunctions, this was always where it was going to end up.
