@Shockwav3_sh @Retro64X i have played about half of nocturne and it wasn't for me at all. not just the difficulty, i just didn't really enjoy it :/

should probably try sm5 at some point tho. i loved metaphor so i might like a modern smt game more

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@Alonelydot_ @snickerolli it's one of the many random things that may or may not happen when playing through act 2. my personal favourite is t̶̤͖̖̬̃̓͗h̴̢͙͈̣̜͗e̵̢̯͓͍͂͛̀͒̊̕͜͜ ̴̛͇͈͑p̷̠̜̰͔̀̈́̕ͅo̷̬͌̏s̷̯̱̮͈̪̠͋̌̈́͋t̷͙̙̹̆͜ë̶̜͍̣̬̈͋͆͑̚ṟ̶̛͐̍͘

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@MELEE952318 @Retro64X for boss fights sure but what about when you get a random encounter that just kills you turn 1 before you even get a chance to act? cause that happens a LOT in nocturne. it's the biggest reason i gave up with it

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@phlogistonmade @centrum_zen pretty much lol

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@Claude_Sneed @chuggaaconroy on a similar note, he also said an animal crossing new horizons let's play is never happening either, in case you were wondering

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@Claude_Sneed @chuggaaconroy he said when the game came out he wasn't going to because 2 was so much work and by the time it was done 3 was almost out so it hardly felt worth it

he also just wasn't a huge fan of 3 and kinda gave up on after a few months cause of all the network issues

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@TheTalesBaddie This might just be me but i cannot stand how say they always say the name of each game individually in all the marketing.

They don't say "Pokemon Scarlet and Violet," they say "Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet."

It sounds so unnatural, I hate it.

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@ChalkOrion @TheHolyEggroll never thought of that yeah you're probably right

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@RandomEspeon @PillarChud1 i don't know did prime 4 retcon this or have i forgotten something lol

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@wyvernary @0fthebluemoon fair

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@cowboyhat_jerry @tomoechie unfortunately realistic for a game set in 2000s rural japan tho lmao

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@PlipThePlop i'm just confused how it's THAT much lower than hk in your eyes, but fair enough

sotn at number 1 tho... that game gets knocked down at least two tiers by the inverted castle imo, sorry not sorry :/

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@tomoechie "man i sure love this wholesome scene of all the characters hanging out together as fr-"

YOU WILL SIT WITH YOUR KNEES TOGETHER AND YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR SMALLER WATERMELON SLICES LIKE GOOD SECOND CLASS CITIZENS

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@tomoechie p4 is really great when you ignore the random MISOGYNY FLASHBANG it throws out every now and then to keep the rent down

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@yoriwantsbrkfst i kinda hated her in the base game but she's a lot better in the side stories

although so is everyone imo. i stand by the fact the side stories are just better written overall than the original

[lemon @scrumptiousburg]

@Dolphin20482048 @cloudyweatheryy i like eagles can fly with the context that she says she deliberately wrote something very simple and easy to understand for your first day

but yeah it's not exactly the most gripping prose.

spiders is really good tho and best place in the world in makes my heart melt 🥹
