2028 NOCA Dudes making noise with @PbrLouisiana
Up to #14 & #15
@TannerRouse7
Super Live Arm. 90-92mph FB paired with a devastating Curveball.
@hserio3
Elite Lefthanded Bat, Big Power.
Also pitches from the Left. 83-85mph FB paired with a 17”-22” Sweeper.
Here’s a look at 2026 RHP Jacob Chan (Jesuit HS).
Longer arm swing with a cross-fire delivery creates deception.
Driving the fastball in on RHH’s and going to the breaking ball with two strikes for swing & miss.
High academic @PB_Uncommitted senior with a 35 ACT score. #BeSeen

This is one for the best Bats to come through NOCA, and that spans more than 2,000 Players.
Hits way above his age/class. I had an innate Hitter’s Mindset. @JHSNolaBaseball has a special one here.

The most impressive round of BP today that had everyone talking came from 2028 @hserio3 from @JHSNolaBaseball
Smooth Lefty Swing with easy acceleration through contact. Great Swing Direction, drove balls up the middle and Oppo.
He jumped over NOCA’s Private Showcase @PrivateersBSB tonight and got above 95mph.
Really good Swing.
But also,
Really good In-Game Hitter (this matters)
Really good Arm.
But also,
Really good In-Game Pitcher (also matters)
And finally, just a really good In-Game Player.
Really liked the #LAStateGames25 weekend performance from 2028 Harrison Serio (Jesuit HS).
6-1, 170-pounds
Showed good feel for the barrel in BP with a direct path and EV’s up to 93.7 mph. Translated in game too as he finished with several QAB’s. #BeSeen@AlexArmandPBR | @Tyler__Leary
I am blessed and honored to announce my commitment to play baseball at Loyola University. Thank you to my family, friends, and all of my coaches who have supported me throughout my career. Can’t wait to get to work!
