… and not at all worrying as a potential fire risk. Then of course, there’s the emails you sent that are clearly not meant for me - such as a job after as a surveyor, or the username and password details for another of your customers …
@GET_UK_solar - any chance someone is going to actually call me back regarding the faulty equipment you installed at the beginning of the year. Reported the latest issue 2 months ago now, and despite calling each week for an update since then - I’m still waiting for a response.
… and now the forth engineer visit to get the system running correctly. Because a 10.4kW lithium ion battery pack and BMS that is mysteriously finding charge 80%+ from nowhere @ 2am in the morning over the corse of 30 mins is completely normal …
… to the 3 failed installation attempts, including rescheduling dates without consulting me first. The DNO notice that after 2 months of sitting on your hands, I had to chase with the network operator myself…
To be fair, I should have guessed this would happen from the start as the whole experience has been poor to say the least - from the surveyor who didn’t know what equipment was being intalled….
@UbeeqoUK - are you guys able to move your car tomorrow? It’s been parked here for the last 10 days and we have a closed road street party planned this Sat. Your car is right where the music tent is going to be 😟
@merchoid - disappointed that your Tie Fighter Xmas jumper fell apart within an hour of putting on - and all I did was pull the sleeves over elbows to help peel some festive spuds Luckily my wife is a dab hand with a sewing machine, but I expected more from a £45 jumper :)
Hey @Vitality_UK , yesterday I completed 2 x 30+ min heart-rate activities, one on the morning @ 60% and one in the afternoon @ >70% - yet only the 60% activity was tracked. What’s up with that?
@martin_char@Vitality_UK Why break a good business model? Entice customers with offers of free gadgets in exchange for exercise, change goal posts - make it harder to earn points, pay out less in rewards, bigger profits. In this case, blame 3rd party - stick customer with cost. Win-win!
@Vitality_UK@smeg__head@Vitality_UK - thanks but the link doesn’t seem to work ‘URL has disallowed characters?’. Could you tell me which of those devices records running/cycling as a timed activity as Moves does?
@smeg__head@Vitality_UK Not quite - you can spend £100+ on a device to record your calorie burn rate or heart rate, but there’s no other option for specifically recording daily minutes cycling. Happy for @Vitality_UK to clarify if I’m wrong in my interpretation of the situation.
@Vitality_UK IDEA: Until you have an alternative for recording cycling/running directly - why not compensate those of us who used Moves to offset monthly Apple Watch payments with our avg. monthly Moves contribution? That way customers don’t get jacked by the actions of your Reward Partners?
@Vitality_UK I signed up to the Apple Watch benefit on the basis that I could use Moves to record my cycle to work w/out having to ride like a moron chasing times and heart rates - this change only encourages me to get off my bike and back on the train in order to get the steps instead.
