@FCC how do I report a situation where @ATT keeps charging me for a number that was stolen months ago but won’t address the situation because I can’t give them a 4 digit code that they send to my stolen number? They charge me for the number but won’t give me a new SIM.

Hey @ATT, your own store managers have told me that the only way to end the hostage situation in which you have me prisoner is to contact the @FCC. That can’t be the best way to solve this problem but it seems there is no choice.

The pain that @ATT is making me endure after having my phone stolen is truly mind boggling. I am asking for a new SIM to replace the stolen one and they say they can give me one after they send a text message to the number that was stolen. 🤯
