@ChrisGPackham Amanda here from Run The Ring (Dogs for Autism). Thanks for yesterday: you said something that made me think: Conservation is dependent on volunteers. Have you got suggestions for what a group like Run The Ring can do to volunteer to make a big difference?
Shocked at @airfrance TOTAL lack of customer care. DIABOLICAL services on a business flight, broken chair and no in flight entertainment on a 10 hour flight. Their response was buy another flight to try again!! NEVER AGAIN.
@AirFranceUK So @AirFranceUK ask me to DM them ( presumably to make it not public) their answer in DM was they can't help. #AirFrance has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disgusting service for such an expensive flight. They just don't care once they have got your cash
@AirFranceUK I have just DMed you and got a totally wrong standard reply asking if I wanted to know about wait times at airports! This is truly dreadful customer service. I see #Airfrance does not care one bit about it's customers.
