Tuesdays are normally pretty average days at most officesโฆ
but not ours.
We are SO excited to share the news about our $50 million fundraising from @GoldmanSachs.
What a DAY!!! Link to the official press release in the thread!
@NicoleBradick Happy to chat about our experience here with https://t.co/BbNJcLor9f and open government data. DM me and we can figure out the best way.
Hey sales and partnership folks, I'm hiring a new role on my team. If you, or someone you know, is interested please send them my way! I'd even be willing to put a nice bottle of bourbon on the line for whomever sends me the right person.

@Woodeye717@rebeccaseals Aww, poor baby gets butt hurt about being called out and the best he can come up with is a logical fallacy. Maybe try starting from a place people might believe first.
@morganr_sa@jmrob1@rebeccaseals You're not listening. It's not *always* true, but it certainly is something that happens. I even had to have my wife sign off with dr to get snipped.
Found out today that I work for a tech company that is >50% diversity(!!). I would argue that as this number went up, so did the quality of ideas/discussions/brainstorms. We're hiring, too. Come experience the awesome. DM me if you want a leg up.
Very excited to announce the first release of the Policing in America project at a webinar with discussion and insight from @PenielJoseph and @Professor_Boyd, around racial and ethnic perceptions on police activities. Come join us! https://t.co/Zd52k9qjRP
This year's https://t.co/BbNJcLor9f summit is shaping up to have some high-octane content. Keynote by Kirk Borne, speakers from Snowflake, LinkedIn, Fivetran, and others. See you there. https://t.co/JlVS4uKxri
Maybe a story about corporate responsibility and inept security practices in an age of pervasive data and even more pervasive fraud using @olivegarden as a case study? Thinking @ABC7Chicago@cbschicago and @WGNNews might be a good place to start. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
The @olivegarden site and security are terrible. I noticed and reported fraudulent activity, but restaurant had no ability to stop it from happening immediately again. No option to recover account, no way to stop continued abuse. I hold you responsible. Inexcusable.
@bgadoci An interesting mix to draw from. I'd second Old Man's War and Snow Crash. For other sci-fi: A Mote In God's Eye, Neuromancer, Ringworld, Altered Carbon. For non-fiction: Salt a History of the World (which is way more interesting than it has any right to be)
