Using a stylus tech object and knowing how to edit images would do this faster.

Even the fabled "control of borders" was a disaster during the start of Covid-19. When strict control made total sense.
Honestly, there should be a revote. It was so foolish to act on it.

Cases like this really should have shown that a re-vote is necessary.
It's wild to make a major decision with such a tiny margin majority. You have to somehow act on the vote and keep a polarised cluster of countries content.
