@b0gur Such a dogshit change to Peni. Doesn't actually help the issues people have with her. Revert it, increase the cooldown for it, and actually nerf her properly. Not whatever weird shit this is.

Yo these peni changes wont even fix her issue with being a demon in low elo, just nerf the damn nest. Only thing keeping her afloat next patch is the ultron teamup

@knowsbros19 @MarvelRivals Honestly the patch notes don't explain it well. Ericcartman was saying it could potentially be like whitefox charm, where it can interrupt abilities but doesn't fully stun. We wont know until we see in early access

Absolutely once you get to high elo, they start comming more like you said. But they have to balance the character for low elo too. This doesnt really help that, if that makes sense

@sensei80379949 @MarvelRivals Like I said, I am not against Peni nerfs. Not against the idea of nerfing her stun cooldown. However, I dont think this actually addresses the reasons why she is perma banned up through GM. We shall see though.

@sensei80379949 @MarvelRivals Our ability to cancel ults is a big upside to our kit, and now it seems like timing wise there's a lot of ults we would no longer be able to cancel. Hard to tell without trying it out though.

@MarvelRivals I'm not one to panic about patch notes, as the rivals community does tend to overreact to some shit. But at least how this is reading I am feeling very wary of it.
