Ein Gesetzentwurf, in dem die einzuführende Maßnahme namentlich noch nicht einmal erwähnt wird und der die Erreichung des angegebenen Ziels zudem verfehlen muss, denn niemand wird eine Handvoll Krimineller in Zukunft daran hindern (können), ihre Aktivitäten im Verborgenen fortzusetzen, während der Verletzung der Grundrechte von 450 Mio. Bürgern (und politisch motivierter Zensur) Tür und Tor geöffnet werden.

Im Bereich gewöhnlicher Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen Anbietern und Abnehmern nennt man so etwas eine astreine Verbrauchertäuschung. Es ist die bewusste Fehlleitung von (politischen) Verbrauchern durch eine täuschende und unzutreffende Darstellung einschließlich einer falschen und irreführenden Bewerbung.

Bei Täuschung durch Unternehmen haben Konsumenten umfangreiche Rechte, die im Verbraucherschutzgesetz, Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch und Gesetz gegen unlauteren Wettbewerb verankert sind.

In Zeiten, in denen Politiker ständig etwas „liefern“, das absolut niemand bei ihnen bestellt hat, ist es unserer Ansicht nach an der Zeit, den Verbraucherschutz auf die Produkte politischer Institutionen auszudehnen - und die Bürger mit Abwehrrechten gegen Irreführung & Täuschungsversuche durch politisch-administrative Dienstleister auszustatten: Widerruf, Annahmeverweigerung, Päckchen zurück an Absender, Umtausch, Schadenersatz, das ganze Programm.
