We're heartbroken by the death of Kendrick Castillo, a victim of the STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting in Littleton, CO. Kendrick was a member of @Frc4418, of which his father is Lead Mentor. Our hearts go out to Kendrick’s family, friends, & all affected by the shooting.

Tough day today. The nature of the game will have it where some matches your robot doesn’t do well. Other matches, alliance partners don’t do as well. More qualifying tomorrow!

We lost our first match but it was in dramatic fashion. We worked with team 219 to get onto the third level. They were also boosting themselves to the third level when we ran out of time. Gravity took over and both robots fell. We didn’t score any points for the hab climb.

Ruling is that after the clock expires you have to maintain position on hab to score points. Had we been able to stick the landing we would have won the match. Oh well, it was fun to try!!! This is what it was supposed to look like.
