@APloetz @Hyundai On the other hand,same dealership showed me filter while Tuscon was getting oil change,asked if I wanted a new one,I declined. They failed to put the filter back. Fortunately I discovered that the next morning. Politely discussed the issue w service manager, new filter provided.

@APloetz @Hyundai My personal experience has been good but it wasn't for your scenario. I purchased a 2021 Tuscon in May of 2024, w 22k miles. Engine had issues at 33k miles. No issues getting full engine replacement. Now I wasn't super happy the engine died at 33k miles.

Sat flight from DFW to MSP was canceled. Only option given was to rebook for Wed or get a voucher that expires in 6 months. I have no trips planned, so the voucher is pointless and we can’t wait here 4 days. I requested a supervisor call 8 hours ago. Ridiculous
