Meet our 2022 ASLA-SD President, Patricia Fermán, Principal Landscape Architect for the City of Chula Vista. Originally from El Salvador, Fermán is a 1998 graduate of UC Davis with a BS in Landscape Architecture. She is known for being highly creative & motivated.⁣
