NEWS: North Carolina transfer Derek Dixon has committed to Arizona, he announced.
Good pickup for Tommy Lloyd that will pair nicely alongside five-star guard Caleb Holt.

@BruceTennen Judging Koa based solely on the Michigan game just lazy. Kid is a beast and one game sample size is hardly analysis of why you shouldn't draft him. We could use an one size on a lot of players. Just not how evaluation works.
@BruceTennen The Florida is an example of that. He played so well in the tournament. The way he handles the ball and he's a playmaker with the ball. Just didn't put it on display as much but he can do it.
NEWS: Washington transfer JJ Mandaquit has committed to Arizona, his agency @RocNationSports told ESPN. Former top-50 recruit and three-time gold medal winner with USA Basketball averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 assists this season. Played for Tommy Lloyd on the USA U19 team.

@BruceTennen@ArizonaMBB Hang in there my friend. Not the result we wanted. Doesn't take away anything UofA accomplished whatsoever. This season is far more important than one game, and a lopsided one at that. 🐻⬇️
"Arizona basketball is a special place. I'm fortunate to be the head coach...
Contrary to popular belief - you can grow deep roots in the desert."

October 1926 – ahead of a football season that had national championship potential – Button was in a car accident.
His coach, J.F. “Pop” McKale (yeah – *that* McKale), visited him in the hospital.
Button wasn’t just the quarterback.
He was the student body president.
Played baseball, too.
He embodied what it meant to be a Wildcat.
But what he’s best known for is the words he said on his deathbed.
