@EE Day 4 update: taken day off work and as it stands still no delivery. Timescale I have been given after call to #EE is between 6am and 10pm. Very efficient! Getting a bit ridiculous now.

@EE Now the 10th after been told 7th then the 9th. Not a problem if I had been told that from the get go and it wasn’t the only problem. Struggling to see how #ee could get it so wrong. CS team nice enough to talk to but didn’t have a clue what has happened.

@EE Unfortunately not. Either ur customer services team have been telling me what i want to hear or ur system is flawed. A minum of 4 days in total waiting for delivery of phones. Let’s hope the 3rd story I have been told is is the truth. #ee
