So I start a revolution from my bed xo

@currys I booked a laptop repair yesterday but have not a confirmation email and didn’t make a note of the reference number. I have tried ringing and selecting option 2 for repairs but keep getting cut off. Any help please? 😊

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia I managed to get through but the adviser said there is no way for me to contact the fraud team. 🤷🏻‍♂️

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia I spoke to someone last week about a debt letter I received regarding services that were taken out fraudulently in my name. The case was sent to the fraud team, debt company want a reference number from your fraud team before they can do anything. Can you help?

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia Thanks. I’ve tried that number but I can’t get through to anyone. It keeps asking for my Virgin Media account number/mobile number.

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia Yes, that would be great, thanks.

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia Do you have a fraud team? Or someone I can speak to about services taken out fraudulently in my name?

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia No, I’ve never had any Virgin Media services whatsoever.

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@virginmedia I think it was for phone, broadband and TV. I got a letter from Advantis debt collection but they won’t close the account until I speak to yourselves about it.

@SkyHelpTeam I ordered a free replacement Q remote via your online form and just got an email to say you’re sending a Q touch remote. Can this be changed to a voice control one please?

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@ArgosHelpers If I buy you something with my Argos card. Can someone else collect it on my behalf in store?

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@ThreeUKSupport No, just the debt collection agency.

[Stephen ☆ @sdd_96]

@ThreeUKSupport I’m getting letters from a debt collection agency for a contract taken out fraudulently in my name. I’ve contacted the debt company. Do you have a fraud department I can contact?

@virginmedia Thank you. I’ve sent the email. 😊

@virginmedia I’ve just had a look at my Equifax credit report and noticed a ‘trace enquiry’ for TDX Group for yourselves. I’ve never taken a contract out with Virgin. Is there anyone I contact about this?
