@Nickyshearsby22 I honestly don’t think much about that. And yet I get more compliments on my characters than anything else. When I’m developing characters I try as hard as I can to become them in my mind and heart and then it just happens. A character is born.

@S_R_Hamilton_ Pivotal chapters are the only thing I will slow down for. You need to get it right. Walk away and sleep on it. Your brain will rewire and eventually you’ll get it right.

@KT_Carlisle Self-published authors have more creative freedom than traditionally published authors, and while the self-pub arena produces more garbage than trad, it also produces exceptional gems of creativity that would never make it in the traditional world.

@mcknight_writes That was harsh. I apologize. A better way to say what I’m trying to convey is that you shouldn’t be surprised that you have low sales. Social media cannot build a reader following for you. Paid Meta advertising can. Far better to spend your time learning how to do that.
