It's #IASILPostgrad day. I'm working on Ciaran Carson's poetry with a focus on "translating the world" - somewhere between phenomenology and translation. My advice is to get to know other postgrads and share your worries and questions with each other! A PhD can often feel lonely.
Had a great time at the Irish Studies PhD seminar in Leuven. It was a pleasure to discuss my thesis on Celtism, Romanticism and Irish national identity with you! @e_efacis@IrishCollegeLVN
This week I presented my research on #CiaranCarson's poetry at
the @e_efacis PhD seminar in the @IrishCollegeLVN. So greatful for the opportunity and thrilled to have met so many brilliant women working in Irish Studies 😊
