@HSBC_UK Yep that works because it hasn’t been updated….. but I havent always got availability of that iPad as it’s my wife’s so not ideal. I have deleted the app off mine….as it doesn’t work……so only one app on one device thanks. My original message was to notify you there is a prob.

@HSBC_UK Tried that a few times…..please advise when fix will be available. I am currently running the banking app on another iPad that hasn’t been updated to 15.2 iOS
