@AskAmex I have done that. No one can help me they keep saying call. I spent 8 hours and after exactly 4 hours the call would drop. That happened twice. I am suppose to travel today

At #amextravel I waited 3 hours 59 mins and than call drops. Now i am at 2 hours Trying to cancel flight that leaves tomorrow. Way to take care of your #amexplatinum members. Also giving no other options.
