@KCOMhome were contacted as broadband account had not been updated to faster speed as requested 2 weeks ago. They attempted to update and now have no internet!!!

Update - they said it was the router that was old as the cause and they could send one but would take 2 days! I have quickly been out to buy a new one and still have the same problem 😡

It seems a vast majority go into SM on the grounds of safeguarding admin/checks etc rather than safeguarding practices with chn
