Sørloth is a hero to his country, a great & valued player both on a club & national level, a loving family man & everyone who hates on him is a miserable c
@Erling_RandyCty I hate this narrative
He's a great player, but opportunities don't just magically appear for him
That single goal was the textbook definition of a team goal
Ødegaard had a good shot, it was saved, then Berg recovered it and passed it to Haaland
@Anikerl9 I know he's injured, but it still felt sad to not see his name in the list
(Although part of me has a tinfoil hat side that thinks he's pretending to be injured to let the hate train fizzle out a bit after the World Cup)
I made this account after the WC hate started
@tfmcfc Norway's midfield is top notch with people like Ødegaard, Berge, Berg and Aursnes
Defence used to be weaker, and they still have bad moments, but they have improved a lot. Ryerson and Ajer are key players in the team who add a lot
@SwefootballEN Of course the Swede is bitter
Why wouldn't Norway celebrate reaching the quarterfinals after not qualifying for 28 years?
It's an incredible achievement
@LoganPaul If you watch that moment with eyes open, the issue literally is that Sørloth is trying to pass the ball to Haaland
The defender is between them and Sørloth is trying to figure out how to pass so the ball doesn't get intercepted
And Norway loves him
