I hosted pool school with 6 medical students (OMS 1 & 2). We covered the fundamentals of shot mechanics and basic 🎱 ball strategy. Next, they played in a single elimination tournament to win a glorious trophy and be crowned the medical student pool champion 💪 🎱.

Check out our case report on a patient with elevated D-dimer levels with acute exacerbation of COPD. D-dimer is produced when a blood clot is broken down. Our case provides further evidence that D-dimer levels can be higher in AECOPD.
