I thought "nobody would have followed them if they were like this all the time. How do we stop it from happening again if you paint them as caricatures?"

@British_Airways The original reason for my call was inquiring about the status of a case. If I had been able to reach anyone at BA in any of my 5+ attempts after seeing it had been closed without notifying me, I would not need to complain.

@British_Airways Called UK customer service 3x. Each call was ended by your bot deciding my query could be solved by sending me a text or suggested I call back later as it's "too busy right now". I guess it knows I'm calling about a complaint and wants to avoid the conversation!

Hopefully this will enable kids in the UK to do the same with German. And it's rewarding to learn more about other cultures. Congratulations to getting this over the line!

@LBC I don't get the outrage. Some inherits a farm that is worth several million. They can't afford to pay IHT... So, they either sell part of land & carry on farming or (if that makes the farm no longer viable) they sell it and are still a millionaire!!

@glancaster2703 @PeterStefanovi2 @SophyRidgeSky @SteveReedMP It also closes a loophole for investors who buy up farming land to avoid IT (as Jeremy Clarkson said himself in 2021). Plus it's not fair that other businesses pay IT when they are handed down but farmers don't. Sadly, it's impossible to properly discuss the issue now.

@waitrose Can I please ask to only see items in my weekly vouchers that I actually tend to buy? This week 6 of 7 options I've never bought before.
5 of those 7 I'd never consider. The remaining 2 I don't need this week. This is a regular experience & makes vouchers pointless.🙄
