@JVC_USA, purchased 2 new 70" TV from Walmart in Feb 2020. One recently stopped working. Your phone support line says hold time is 111 minutes and recommends emailing or submitting online. I emailed on 11/16. Submitting online gives an error. Very disappointed, please help me!
