@airindia I fly on air India at least 6 - 8 times a month. Today on my flight AI2813 from Delhi to Bangalore, my seat was changed from 8D to 9D non reclining when I already had web checked in. On being asked to your ground staff, they were extremely rude and non cooperative. Why?
