@lingerie_addict I think the rating system was just different back then. Looney Tunes had violence, starvation, which lead to them looking at each other like they were going to eat the other. Flintstones had high sexual innuendo, Scooby-Doo with hints of drugs, all with G rating.

@people We always had guns, when I was growing up. My dad was in the military. He showed us the guns. He said "They are ALWAYS loaded. If you have questions, ask. Don't touch them, don't tell anyone else we have them."

@people This is a terrible tragedy! My heart goes out to their families. I see a lot of people saying, "They shouldn't have had access to a loaded gun." True, but more importantly, educate your children on gun safety. People want to hide guns, which makes children more curious.
