#Etsy when reviews don’t come in, sales dry up. I’ve noticed this pattern and it doesn’t make any damn sense to penalize sellers who don’t receive lots of reviews because most customers don’t really care about what happens after receiving their order.

Something you guys should implement @Etsy. Many times I’ve come across reviews that shouldn’t even be allowed. Reviews should also be about the product, not shipping. A seller can’t help if USPS is late.

Refund them immediately without sending the product back. I have not once had to deal with this on Etsy. I had contacted shopify about my concerns but they said there wasn’t anything they could do. (2/2)

#Etsy does good sometimes. Saved me from having to deal with an angry parent. I had to stop using my standalone shopify because despite all the security measures I had enabled, I was receiving multiple fraudulent orders from kids and angry emails from parents to (1/2)

@PayPal your customer service needs to read customer emails before replying. In no way did the CS reply have anything to do with what I emailed you guys about. I’m not sure if they just cut and paste responses but my concerns weren’t addressed at all by the reply I received.

One more thing. Been experimenting with this as well. If you do not ship an item that was sold on the next business day, your sales decline. I’m guessing to encourage sellers to ship next day like Amazon 🙄🙄🙄 #etsy THESE ITEMS TAKE TIME FFS (handmade items - not vintage)

Over 20 people had one of my items in their cart until I changed a variation and now only 8 people have my item in their cart. #Etsy

A little test I did. If you change any variations on your listings, it gets emptied from customers carts instead of just sitting there and saying if a variation is unavailable anymore and to choose a different variation. #etsy

@ecareyo I saw something similar in the 90’s at night time. Could see lights moving at high speed towards my direction in the sky. It then just stopped on a dime and zipped back the other way. No sound or anything, like usual aircraft make when flying overhead. Gave me goosebumps.
