@UPS Open claim for lost package requires documentation, instructions tell me to upload documents but error "due to claim status" prevents upload. Customer service has bounced me around and no callback after multiple requests. Can someone help?
@Hilton I was instructed to send a complaint to your hiltonhonors email address regarding an incident with a staff member that identified as the supervisor. Why would you then send that email to the hotel management for that supervisor to address?
@Loungefly why am I still waiting on a refund for something that was returned nearly a month ago? I get no response from customer service when Iโve reached out which is extremely frustrating.
@AmericanAir Why are you penalizing your customers when a flight booked in early Feb for March can't be taken, this Corona Virus is out of my control. $200 change fee is greed and not "we care about our customers safety"

@aveda Why advertise a free damage remedy for qualified purchase and then when I try to check out it's no longer available? Aveda Customer Service was awful and unhelpful.
