@K_G_1_8@hovah76 You do realize the reason the the Rooney rule exists is because of a longstanding belief that black people lacked the intellect to lead teams/organizations. Progress has been made, but not enough.
@BuckReising@AtoZSports The article states "This embarrassment of a year, however, is primarily ownership's fault." Which ownership decions are to blame?
@SharmSports_NFL Do you have inside information on how she communicates within the organization? What's communicated outside the building isn't an indication of what's communicated inside the building.
@MikeHerndonNFL @Daddy_Buckets5 Prime example. Media members are deciding that this isn't a good look for him. I can assure you that isn't the concensus among all fans.
@RVAReid @deray 1. Make sure it goes in a HYSA. 2. The savings should be capped at 6 months worth of household expenses. 3. Once the cannister reached the rest should be invested, not saved, otherwise you're losing money or leaving money on the table.
@MinoWarrior@marclamonthill Already pretty helpful in the community. The personal "observations" are unnecessary. You don't know me. My comment is based on society's negative view of black men's ability to lead. If you think society has a positive view of black men we will have to agree to disagree.
@Double_O_47@marclamonthill All those things are true. What is also true, is that when viewed within the context of the myth that black men are unable to lead, the image isn't flattering.
@marclamonthill Agreed...in context. But when are black men ever viewed in context? There's never nuance. We're painted as lacking the skills needed to lead. The imagery in the cover further amplifies that myth.
