@CConverse__f There is no real time response, No support phone no, No chat agent (all AI based) and no email response promptly. The return is rejected as per your order status without any communication with reason of rejection.

@BajajAllianzLIC sent an email yesterday 2 customer care & got reply with subject "Details required....". this mail doesnt mention of what is needed. call center says, its automated mail. Why in the world ur product team decides 2 have "Details required" in automated mail. ๐คฏ๐ค
