Just uploaded my first ever pre-print on BioRxiv !

We look at how the skin of the finger pad deforms under torsional loading. We use a rotating glass plate coupled to force sensors and a camera for imaging the skin in contact with the glass.

There is also a great variability between participants in the twist angle the stimulus plate needs to rotate to reach full slip. (Up to almost 4 folds!)
