What exactly am I paying ₹1,500 for as a Prime member? Fast delivery or a recurring cycle of delivery failures, fake delivery attempts, and useless customer service?
@AmazonHelp I don’t need another chat session that ends with “please wait 24–48 hours.”
I need Amazon to investigate the Pune delivery team responsible, explain why false delivery attempts are being recorded, and actually fix the issue.
@AmazonHelp The issue is not that I don’t know how to contact Amazon. The issue is that your delivery agents are marking orders as “delivery attempted” without calling me, and my Prime orders are repeatedly being delayed.
Your delivery service is failing, and your customer support seems perfectly comfortable doing nothing about it.
Stop wasting my time with scripted apologies. Investigate your Pune delivery operations, hold the responsible team accountable, and deliver my orders.
Two orders placed on 7 September are still undelivered. Your delivery agents don’t call me, mark me as unavailable, and then your support team sends the same copy-paste apology promising another 24–48 hours.
This isn’t a one-time issue. This has happened to me repeatedly.
Now the Engineering dept at @AirAsiaIndian speaks up. This is a CRIMINAL act, to let an aircraft fly with single power source. Our lives are NOT that cheap.
