Definitely won’t be going to @vuecinemas again. About an hour into the film and the screen went completely black for 10mins before it came back on, lights came on then they rewound it 15mins. Ruined our experience, and customer services not interested. @VueHelp

I think a good answer would be for a season ticket to reduce in price each year you had it. So the most loyal supporters over the years pay the least in appreciation for their continued support. And would be no different than how it is now for the newer supports
