-GARAM: K-pop fans and girl group stans made her life a living hell. The company actually tried to protect her at the beginning—every LS fan remembers that.
-YOUNGSEO decided ILLIT wasn't for her and went to debut under a terrible company in a nepo group, which is basically the complete opposite of what ILLIT was.
-DANIELLE made accusations against the company that she has NOT been able to prove in court, defamed them, and ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES WITHOUT THE ----COMPANY while they were in an ongoing legal dispute. She's lucky if she has a career at all after everything that's been exposed.
-MANON is living her best life in Europe, going out 8 times a week, laughing with her friends that is attracting hate for her group on IG with ambiguous comments.
-LEXIE wants to be an artist. She wants to be under a company that financially backs her, but she wants to act like it's her own money. That was already clear back in Dream Academy—if things aren't exactly how she wants them, "she won't go against herself." I still don't even know why or how she came back to the company after that.

That said, you're right about one thing: HYBE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB SELECTING IDOLS AND TRAINEES.
Ambition and "star factor" only work if the person is also humble and willing to put in the hard work. Otherwise, they're attracting a bunch of trainees who want to debut with millions invested in their careers, luxury brand deals, and festival lineups while doing whatever they want—without even proving they can be trusted alone in a studio for more than two minutes.
