I bought a new card on Monday afternoon and load R50 and yesterday morning I had to load another R70. Now I am left with R12 on the card in 3 days

@ReaVayaBus @CityofJoburgZA @CoJTransport Proper planning and testing were not done in this regard. Drivers don't know how these cards are expected to work and some busses are not fitted with machines to read these cards - it's a nightmare. These R30 charges are senseless and customers are expected to understand

@ReaVayaBus @CityofJoburgZA @CoJTransport These new cards are a mess 😩 in just 3 days I have loaded R120 and my balance is R12 this morning - unjani.? I see 3 charges of R30 that went off around after 7pm. I am already home at this time
